At their 105^th Annual Installation and Awards Ceremony The Greater Binghamton Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (GBAR), installed their 2023 President, Jennifer Greenmun; 2023 President-Elect, Christopher Lake; 2023 Treasurer, Noel Sleilati; and the 2023 Board of Directors. Jessica Dillenbeck was recognized for her service as the 2021 & 2022 President. Jessica Dillenbeck was also recognized as the as 2022 REALTOR of the Year, along with Award recipients Nate Kelsey as Affiliate of the Year, Joseph Gehl as Volunteer of the year, and Jim Rollo receiving the Distinguished Service Award. GBAR’s newest Lifetime Member, Diana Nogaret, was honored for 50 years of service to the Association and the community as a REALTOR. Also recognized were Outgoing Directors Barbara Gallo, Jessica Dillenbeck, and Dawn Roessing and Volunteer Instructors Jessica Dillenbeck, Allison Drihmi, Joseph Gehl, and Jennifer Greenmun.
