Annual Legislative Agenda

Each year, we use input from the Government Affairs Committee as well as directly from our members to develop an annual Legislative Agenda that reflects the priorities of our business community.

Some of our policy positions include

  • Lowering taxes

  • Reducing burdensome regulations

  • Decreasing the number of unfunded mandates

  • Making investments in workforce and economic development initiatives

  • Maintaining the 2% property tax cap
  • Offering tax incentives to attract new business
