More than 25 years ago, Bixby found his passion in construction. His approach on every project is to act as an advocate for his clients, while on the job site ensuring the owner is delivered what they envision. What motivates Bixby is taking on challenging aspects of a project and figuring out how to pull it off. He is a champion of client interaction, team collaboration, and flexibility to come up with creative aspects, innovative solutions, and simply working out the problem. He brings significant knowledge of construction processes and building codes and experience delivering a customer-driven, organized, and efficient building process.

Welliver, provider of comprehensive construction services in New York State and Northern Pennsylvania, received the 2023 Jeffrey J. Zogg Build New York Award from the Associated General Contractors New York State (AGC NYS). In recognition of excellence in construction management and teamwork, the AGC NYS presented the award for the Cornell University North Campus Residential Expansion (NCRE) project. The award ceremony was held on May 4, 2023 in Albany, New York in conjunction with the AIA NYS Excelsior Awards for Public Architecture.
