Peggy Thomas is the Chief Nursing Officer, Vice President of Nursing for United Health Services Hospital. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Keuka College and her Masters of Science from Western Governors University, Salt Lake City, Utah. Throughout her career, she has received several licenses and certifications, including Just Culture Instructor Certification and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, among other nursing related licenses and certificates. Peggy’s professional affiliations include New York Organization of Nurse Leaders, American Organization of Nursing Leaders and Board Member, Ideal Senior Living.

Peggy has been in the nursing profession for over 30 years and is passionate about improving the health of our communities. She currently resides in Vestal with her husband and her two daughters.

Conrad Whyte obtained his dual Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, as well as his Masters of Business Administration from Saint Bonaventure University. Conrad works at Insero & Co. CPAs, LLP in Ithaca, NY as an Audit Manager and has been with the company since June of 2013. Conrad’s certifications include Certified Public Accountant, New York, and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Conrad is acting Treasurer for Volunteers Improving Neighborhood Environments (VINES) Board of Directors, and a current Broome Leadership Institute (BLI) class member.
