PYRAMID Business Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce that John Shaffer has joined our team as a systems engineer based out of our Endicott, NY office.  John spent the past 18 years as the IT manager at Summit Ridge Biosystems in Susquehanna, PA, a dog food research and testing company.  Previously, John spent 10 years at Universal Instruments Corp. in Binghamton providing IT operations support and worked 3 years prior for a small computer company in Corning, NY after graduating from Corning Community College with an AAS in Math/Computer Science.   John has significant SQL database design and development experience.  We look forward to having him work with our clients as part of the PYRAMID Business Systems IT consulting, support, and security team.

Tetiana’s responsibilities will include administrative and customer service initiatives.  Previously, she worked at Gentle Dental Care and Endodontic Associates and recently earned a Business Administration Degree from SUNY Broome. PYRAMID Business Systems, Inc is pleased to announce that Chris McVannan has joined our team as our new “Client Services Representative”.  Chris graduated with high honors from SUNY Broome and SUNY Canton and played ice hockey and baseball at both.  Previously, Chris has been working in Ithaca as the General Manager for the Papa John Pizza franchises in our region.  Chris is a great addition to our team.

PYRAMID Business Systems Inc. is pleased to announce that Aaron Voelker has joined our team as “Service Coordinator”.  PYRAMID Business Systems is a locally owned provider of IT Consulting, Support and Security for over 34 years. Previously, Aaron worked full time at his own Graphic and Design Studio, and assisted his wife with her Wedding Photography business, both of which he will continue to do part-time. He has also been the Business Manager at a retail store, a Territory Manager for a cellular retail business, and a sales representative for a local beverage distributor. Aaron brings a wealth of business operations, management, marketing, and creative experience to PYRAMID. Aaron, his wife, and daughter live in Waverly, NY.  Please join us in welcoming Aaron to our team.
