Delta Announces New Employees

Delta Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors, & Landscape Architects, DPC (Delta) is pleased to announce the addition of several new staff members:

Mr. Jonathan (Jack) Phillips, Associate AIA is an Architectural Designer in the Endwell Office. Jack earned a bachelor’s in architecture from Syracuse University. Since graduation, Phillips has worked for 8 years, with a focus on facilities design (five years), residential design (two years), and hospitality and commercial design (one year). At Delta, his typical project responsibilities include preparing or assisting in the preparation of documents, details, or schedules, attending client meetings, working on field inspection teams, developing quantity take offs and construction cost estimates and participating in site visits, inspections, and documentation. Jack is currently an Associate member of the AIA and a member of the ICAA.

 

Mr. Richard K. Perkins, PE is a project manager in the Transportation/Civil Engineering Team in the Endwell Office. Mr. Perkins has more than three decades of experience, working in both the public and private sectors. His experience includes performing survey, design, construction inspection, as well as working on bridge projects, highway projects and site design. He is proficient in Autocad, Microstation, Inroads, Microsoft products and GIS software.

 

Mr. Timothy O. Landgon, PLS, is a Professional Land Surveyor in the Transportation/Civil Engineering Team at Delta. After graduating from Paul Smith’s College with a degree in Survey Technology, he started his career as a Professional Land Surveyor in North Carolina. After 8 years, he moved to New York, where he eventually started his own Land Surveying business. Mr. Langdon is well versed in various sized boundary and topographical surveys.
