Get ready for our 6th annual YP Summit! We’re prepare to Move Mountains with our 2022 conference. This day is designed to be a hybrid event with in-person access to all sessions and virtual attendance to our ballroom sessions.

Personal and professional skills will be honed with our interactive session formatting and meaningful connections can be made throughout the event.

The YP Summit is an energizing event for young professionals to grow and develop themselves and their careers. The full-day conference provides professional development through multiple Keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and interactive activities all geared toward, and planned by, millennials. This year is the YP Summit’s sixth year, taking place as an innovative hybrid event and delivering the same level of quality speakers and topics as in year’s past.

The unique aspects included in the YP Summit are critical to the retention of young professionals in the Greater Binghamton region. The structure of the day allows for meaningful conversations and connections made between attendees, as well as building business and leadership skills.
