Greater Binghamton Chamber and Visit Binghamton Announce Details About New Talent Attraction Program at Press Conference

Jennifer Conway, President and CEO of the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce, and Judi Hess, Director of Visit Binghamton launched a brand-new talent attraction program today called Experience BING. The goal of the program is to assist businesses with attracting talent to Broome County.


“Business success is largely driven by the quality of its employees,” said Jennifer Conway, President and CEO of the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce. “Local companies often tell us they have a difficult time filling positions with qualified candidates because they’ve never heard of Binghamton, or don’t know what our area has to offer. The new talent recruitment program gives business leaders the tools they need to recruit employees and new residents to Greater Binghamton.”


Experience BING was created to assist businesses in their recruiting efforts. For those potential hires who are not familiar with the community, or are looking to relocate, this program provides the opportunity for them to get a snapshot of the Greater Binghamton community.


Our customized itineraries provide a snapshot of what it’s like to live in the Greater Binghamton area, which can include: Dining, Arts & Culture, Sports & Athletics, Shopping & Leisure, Family Recreation, and much more.
