Melissa Ward comes to Bates Troy in the role of Accounts Receivable Administrator.  Originally from McKean County, Pennsylvania, Melissa brings over 30 years of Customer Service, Sales, Administrative / Office experience, and is also a New York State Notary.  Melissa enjoys reading, travel, cooking and spending time with her family.

Donnette Russell has joined Bates Troy in the role of Accounting Manager. Donnette has over 25 years’ experience in Accounting and Financial Analysis. Donnette enjoys adding to her every increasing home library, golfing and fishing.  You may see Donnette out and about volunteering at community venue’s, make sure to say “Hi”.
