31st Annual Labor & Employment Law Update on October 16th

The Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce will host the 31ST annual Labor and Employment Law Update on Wednesday, October 16, from 7:30 – 11:00 a.m. at Traditions at the Glen, Grand Traditions Ballroom, 4101 Watson Boulevard, Johnson City NY.

 

This event has been called crucial for small businesses! If you are a small business, you need to attend this program and stay current on Labor and Employment Law. This is the perfect opportunity to learn how to avoid problems before they begin. The laws will be described in easy to understand language. This is an opportunity to ask questions about issues of concern. We encourage all businesses to join us for this important session.

 

This year the topics, presented by HH&K Attorneys, will include Updates to New York Laws — Election Time Off, Sexual Harassment Law, Pay Equity Law, Marijuana in the workplace, overtime and regular rate updates, handbook rules, employee discipline, benefits law update, worker’s comp update, EEO-2 pay data, and an OSHA update.
