Proposed Board & Executive Committee Slate
The Nominating Committee is pleased to recommend the following Board Members for re-election for three-year terms commencing at the Annual Meeting in May 2026:

The Nominating Committee is pleased to recommend the following for appointment as Director for a three-year term commencing at the Annual Meeting in May 2026:

Additional candidates for nomination to the Greater Binghamton Chamber’s Board of Directors may be added by petition signed by at least 10% of the members in good standing, through provisions of the Chamber’s bylaws. Once the notice of the committee’s nominations has been given, petitions must be filed with the Nominating Committee within ten days.
The Nominating Committee’s determination to the validity of the petition and signatures thereon shall be final. If no such petition has been filed within the ten-day period, the nominations will be closed, and the nominated slate of candidates elected by the Board of Directors. If a valid petition does present additional candidates, a ballot will be sent to the membership listing all candidates along with the voting instructions. The candidates receiving the most votes will be elected to the Greater Binghamton Chamber’s Board of Directors.
