30th Annual Labor & Employment Law Update on October 16th
Binghamton – The Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce will host the 30th annual Labor and Employment Law Update on Tuesday, October 16, from 7:30 – 11:00 a.m. at Traditions at the Glen, Grand Traditions Ballroom, 4101 Watson Boulevard, Johnson City NY.
This event has been called crucial for small businesses! If you are a small business, you need to attend this program and stay current on Labor and Employment Law. This is the perfect opportunity to learn how to avoid problems before they begin. The laws will be described in easy to understand language. This is an opportunity to ask questions about issues of concern. We encourage all businesses to join us for this important session.
This year the topics, presented by HH&K Attorneys, will include the Affordable Care Act Amendments, Paid Family Leave, Worker’s Compensation, New Employee Handbook Rules, travel time under the FLSA, FMLA and ADA leave update, sexual harassment update & MORE.
